What materials are your ponies made of?

Materials vary by product, so please check each product detail page for the exact material.

1/8 SCALE BJD BASE and 1/8 BJD Base Full Set are made with mold-cast resin. Compared with 3D-printed resin, mold-cast resin offers a much smoother surface and finer detail. It is also designed to be yellowing-resistant and wear-resistant.

Mini Pony BJD Base is made with premium BJD-grade wear-resistant photopolymer resin, which is more yellowing-resistant and wear-resistant than standard resin.

Other ponies may be made with high-precision 3D-printed resin. Painted ponies are finished with water-based paints. For custom BJD models, I apply a professional protective coating for extra durability and a smooth, safe texture.

What can I use to paint the BJD base?

You can color it yourself through dyeing or hand-painting with acrylic paints.

Can the base wear a wig?

Yes! You can DIY your own OC (original character) by putting a wig on your base model.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I ship to most countries.

What if I can't find my country at checkout?

Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to logistics, customs regulations, or regional restrictions. Please contact me first to confirm shipping availability before placing your order.

Shipping availability

Shipping availability varies by destination. I will contact you if your order cannot be shipped.

Are shipping and taxes included?

Yes. Listed product prices include standard international shipping and applicable taxes for supported destinations.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes. Please contact me as soon as possible. Your shipping address can be changed before I hand the package to the carrier, but it cannot be changed after shipment.

Do you offer refunds?

In-stock orders may be cancelled before the order status is updated to "SHIPPED." Pre-order and custom orders may be cancelled before they enter HANDCRAFTING IN PROGRESS. After that, they are non-refundable because work has already begun.

Will I receive a full refund if I cancel my order?

For voluntary cancellation requests after payment has been completed, any non-refundable payment processing fees, refund fees, or currency conversion costs charged by the payment provider may be deducted from the refund. The deduction will be based on the actual fee record from the payment provider and will not exceed 5% of the order total.

Please record an unboxing video for all claims. Minor handmade variations are normal and not considered defects.

Daily handling and care

Suitable for display and normal interactive play.

Handle with care; avoid dropping, knocking, or using alcohol/chemical solvents.

Keep out of direct sunlight. Dust gently with a makeup brush; for deep cleaning, use a damp cotton swab and dry immediately.

For BJDs: Do not force joints. Lift slightly away from the body before adjusting poses.
