Find the pony you wish to adopt and complete your purchase. Be sure to leave your correct email address so I can stay in touch!

If your pony is in-stock, I will send you a video of the actual piece within 3 business days. If it's a pre-order, please allow the listed production time for your item. The exact lead time is shown on each product detail page.

Within 3 business days after the video is shared, your package will be dispatched, and the tracking number will fly straight to your inbox.

Open your package and welcome your new pony home! Note: Please record a full unboxing video for your records, just in case you need any after-sales assistance.

CUSTOMIZE

Contact me and share your OC (original character) reference sheets for a price and timeline estimate. Click here to view reference sheet requirements.

After an initial consultation and quote confirmation, place your order and confirm the design details with me. Please provide accurate reference sheets and details to avoid any additional costs for subsequent changes.

Cutie Mark: As this is the essence of your pony, please provide a high-resolution PNG file.

Eyes: You may choose between my standard templates (fixed or insertable). If you have a specific style in mind, please provide high-resolution reference files to ensure the best results.

I will create the 3D model based on your artwork and send it to you for approval.

Once approved, I will proceed with 3D printing, meticulous hand-painting, and applying a protective topcoat.

A showcase video of the finished piece will be sent to you prior to shipping.

Please provide your own OC (original character). Generic internet images are not accepted.

A three-view reference sheet is highly recommended.

Reference sheets should be in full color and clearly display all accurate details.

The reference sheet you provide significantly impacts the final result, as I model strictly based on your visual references.

Please note that extremely intricate hair or tail designs can incur higher costs. If necessary, I may simplify these details to ensure the best production outcome.

Clothing and accessories will also affect the final quote. By default, I model the BJD base figure without clothing, giving you the flexibility to dress it in your own removable outfits.

Please note that extensive hand-painted body markings or intricate patterns will significantly increase the production cost.

If your character has a cutie mark, please provide a clear PNG file.

If you have a specific style in mind for the eyes, please also provide a high-resolution PNG file for them.
